Ralph Fiennes will be returning to the 007 franchise in the next installment, Bond 24, as the character M.

Though he is definitely returning, Fiennes knows nothing about the upcoming film’s plot or his character. In a recent interview he said, “I know nothing. I’ve not be told anything. I have no information, no dates, no sense of the journey of my character at all! I don’t!”

Fiennes isn’t the only person that is returning to the franchise, we get to see Daniel Craig once again return and reprise his role as James Bond. Naomie Harris, who played Eve Moneypenny in Skyfall will also be coming back as well as Sam Mendes to direct the film. This will be his second Bond film that he has directed, the first being Skyfall, of course.

Harris recently spoke of how happy she is that Mendes will be returning to continue directing the films. “I’m so relieved. He chose me and had a vision for my character. I’d feel really weird working for someone who hadn’t chosen me and didn’t have that same vision.” She goes on to add, “I just want him to see it through. I feel like Skyfall is one part of a continuing story. It needs completing and it needs the same storyteller.”

Any ideas for what Bond 24 could be about? If I had to make an educated guess, I’d say it’s about spy stuff and involves a lot of great stunts, probably some shooting and action as well as Daniel Craig shirtless.
