Oncers be warned, it appears that not all of the inhabitants of Storybrooke will live happily ever after. TV Line announced that a major character death in ABC’s Once Upon A Time will occur before the end of season three.

Executive Producers Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis insist that no one is safe –except Rumplestiltskin, who is technically already gone because he sacrificed himself to defeat Peter Pan. The creators were clear that a major character will die in the upcoming 11 episodes.

“The character dies, for real,” said Kitsis, making certain that the unfortunate soul will most definitely NOT be returning from the grave.

Once Upon A Time returns to ABC in March 9
